Says it was posted 2 weeks ago first class but I still haven’t received it, have also sent 2 emails asking where the items are ,but have not had any replies

Can review because I still haven’t had the item, says it was posted 2 weeks ago first class I had emailed the company twice but they haven’t bothered to reply! Beginning to think it’s a scam!!! As £2.29 isn’t worth trying to recover!!!
